good, but could be massively improved
first, a few annoyances:
the little scurrying bug trhings would push you until you either died or were pushed off a cliff. make them stop that. a storyline would have massively improved the game.
next, improvements:
all those little extras, the jump boots, the fire shot, make them things you find. even if you find them early in the levels, dont start out the character with them. add a puzzle aspect to the game. use the heavy boots to push down switches or something. the whole jumping on enemies thing is ok to do, but dont overuse it. nextly, for music, i would say something spacy but tranquel for the first level. change the time of day to twilight/dusk instead of daytime. i wish i could give advice for the next level, but i couldnt make it past the first (damn bug thing crawling around, pushing everywhere... *shakes angry fist*)
